A20 aim is to create modern, functional, and flexible innovative architectural solutions.

A20 a subsidiary of Simon Barakat Architects since 2003 and partnership with Architects Joseph Medlege and Tony Abou Dib, is based in Jal el Dib Lebanon. A20 reimagines spaces across Lebanon, the GCC, Central Africa, and the MENA region. We see architecture as a reflection of society, a dialogue of image, and a celebration of function. A20 simply creates architecture that stands out as a reference and acts as a trademark.

Joining as a shareholder, Mr. Pascal Karam brings extensive experience in banking, finance, real estate development, and brokerage across Lebanon, France, Cyprus, and Africa. After more than 15 years of collaboration with Simon Barakat, Pascal’s involvement is rooted in trust, common values and a shared vision for expanding into property development with a private equity structure.

Mr. Garo Keusseyan also joins as a shareholder. Garo is the founder of Kpack Group, a leading packaging company, specializing in luxury fashion and high-end product packaging. Kpack serves top-tier clients. It is trusted by multinational brands around the world.
